Cancellation Policy
•If booking an appointment for same day, please book at least 2 hours in advance.
•If cancellation or no-show occurs, the deposit paid will be lost.
•If 10 min late, a $10 late fee is applied. •After 15 min late, the appointment is canceled & deposit is lost.
•PLEASE NOTIFY AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO RESCHEDULE for deposit to remain valid.
•Any rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance requires a new deposit.
•Please keep in mind that arriving late for the treatment may mean the length of the treatment is shortened, with full charges applied.
